I am sharing all about musical transitions for early childhood. Specifically, I'm going to talk about my favorite musical transitions that work in my preschool and kindergarten music classes, but some of these things can absolutely work with older ages.

Even though, admittedly, things happen and that knock me down in a big way, at this stage of my life I feel more balanced than I have in a while. And, I want to share some strategies that I have used to help me get there.

I don't want to be fried creatively as a music therapist and music educator. I feel my most alive when I am creating. And it doesn't really matter what I'm creating. When my brain is open to the possibility and the opportunity for creativity and there's space for it in my brain, it just feels really, really good.

We are fried professionally. We are fried creatively. We are fried emotionally. We are fried in all the ways. So, we're gonna talk about it and just shine some light on it.
